Yukon finished in the middle of the pack in their own tournament.
The Millers had one third place, sixth, seventh and eighth place finish in the eight team field held at the YHS tennis courts.
Nate Moore had the third place finish for the Millers at No. 2 singles. He beat Omar Hassn 7-5. 6-2 in the third place match.
Moore had beaten Nate Coffman of Muskogee 6-1, 6-1 in the opening round, but lost in the semifinals to Ada’s Christian Siegle, 7-6, 6-2.
Lukas Elmborg took sixth at No. 1 singles, losing to Bartlesville’s Alex Le 4-6, 6-2, 10-8 in the fifth place match.
Elmborg lost to Harrison Beggs of Ada 6-1, 6-1 in the opening round, then beat Mustang’s Noah Nichols 6-1, 6-1 to advance to the fifth place match.
The No. 1 doubles team of Carson Eskew and Ayden Tahdoonippah placed seventh, beating Bartlesville 6-1, 6-3.
The Yukon pair lost to Ada 6-3, 6-0 in the opening round and to Edmond Santa Fe 6-2, 6-1 in the consolation semifinals.
The No. 2 doubles team of Zach Butcher and Dylan Howard took eighth, losing to Bartlesville 6-3, 6-1 in the seventh place match.
The Miller duo lost to Mustang 6-1, 6-0 in the opening round. The pair lost to the Deer Creek team 3-6, 6-2, 10-1.
In an earlier tournament, the Millers had two second place finishes and two third place finishes to place in the top three of the Mustang Tournament.
Elmborg placed second at No. 1 singles, losing to Chad Richmond of Westmoore, 6-0, 6-0 in the finals.
Elmborg opened with a 6-3, 4-6, 10-3 win over Dolin Nguyen of Putnam City North. He beat Mustang’s Wyatt Walters 3-6, 6-3, 12-10 in the semifinals.
Moore finished second to Westmoore’s John Bui, 6-1, 6-1, in the finals of the No. 2 singles.
Moore beat James Nguyen of PC North 6-2. 6-0 in the opening round and reached the finals with a 7-6, 4-6, 10-5 in the semifinals.
Eskew and Tahdoonippah took third at No. 1 doubles beating Moore 1-6, 6-2, 10-3.
The team opened with a 6-1, 6-2 win over Putnam City North, but lost in the semifinals to Mustang, 6-1.6-4.
Butcher and Howard finished third at No. 2 singles, beating Choctaw 6-2, 6-3. The pair opened with a 6-3, 6-4 win over Midwest City, then lost 6-1, 6-1 to Mustang in the semifinals.
