Photographer Hugh Scott, Jr., captured several highlights of the annual Czech Festival including the ferris wheel, Czech royalty, dancers and food. The Czech Festival was held Saturday, Oct. 6. Thousands turned out for the annual event despite gloomy and rainy conditions during the parade.
