Diana Frances (Pearce) Vestal was born on July 20th, 1945 and was called home February 5, 2019.
She was her own person and blazed her own path. Anyone who knew her for any length of time soon realized she had no filter. She was a character who loved to joke and have fun. She was often the life of the party, even if there was no party. She loved to tease any new comers. She was one of the rare people who could give it but also take it.
She would tease you until you teased her back. That was your initiation. To know her was to love her. She never met a stranger. If you were lucky enough to spend any time with her, you would soon become a part of her family.
Diana loved her family and was devoted to her grand and great grandchildren, who also loved her dearly. Everyone here today will have multiple stories that they each could tell, with each story being unique in every way. She could have had a career as a comedian, but the show would have to be aired on HBO.
They will forever remember her fun loving spirit and her crazy antics. Diana was loved by all and will be sorely missed by all. Heaven has truly received one of the great ones.
She is survived by her husband, Howard Vestal Jr., of Yukon, OK; daughters, LeVonna Corley of McLoud, Lupita and husband Maurice Smith, Anetta Ramos, and Elizabeth and husband Douglas Chadwick all of Yukon, OK, LaDonna and husband Jason Owens of El Reno, and LaDeana Vestal of Iowa; 13 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren; two brothers, Norman and wife Billie Sue Pearce, and Willard and wife Francis Pearce of Arizona and one sister, Wilma Lewis of Chickasha, OK.
She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends.
