Charles Franklin Low was born May 31, 1935 in Humble, KS and passed from this life on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at the age of 83.
He married Genava Jean Taylor in 1961, and worked as a layout operator for Lucent, retiring in 1997.
Charles is survived by his wife, Genava Jean; three children: Kent, Dalynda and husband Jessie and their children, Amanda, Miranda and Lilly, and Mark and wife Kelley and their sons, Riley and Reece, and two brothers, David and James.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Blanche and sister, Rose Mary.
Private services will be held at the Rush Springs Cemetery, Rush Springs, OK
