Lane Edward Compton, 59, of Yukon, OK, passed away on June 2, 2019 at his home in Yukon, OK.
Lane was born Oct. 30, 1959, in El Reno, OK to the late Leon Edward and Helen (Willingham) Compton. An auto repairman, Lane worked at Collison Works in Oklahoma City, OK for 29 years.
Lane married the love of his life, Whitney Lynn (Parker) Compton. She preceded him in death in 2013.
He is survived by 2 sons, Chapin Compton and wife Sherri of Yukon, OK and Chance Compton of Tulsa, OK; 2 daughters, Claire Jacks and husband Nicholas of Yukon, OK and Chloe Compton and husband Cory Cormack of Yukon , OK ; 4 brothers, Lee Allen Compton of Claremore, Larry Compton of Nevada, Lynn Compton of Missouri, and Lewis Compton of England; 1 sister, Joyce Chadwick of El Reno, OK; 5 grandchildren, Jacoby Compton, Tatum Compton, Whitney Jacks, Liam Jacks and Colby Cormack, and one on the way.
