Yukon’s swim teams will compete for a spot in the state meet beginning Friday in the West Regional meet.
The meet will begin at 5 p.m. Friday with preliminary events at the Edmond Schools Aquatics Center in Mitch Park.
The top 24 individual swimmers and the top 16 relay teams in from either regional will advance to the state meet held the following week at Jenks High School.
Saturday’s regional will have all relays and the finals of individual events beginning at 5 p.m.
The Millers and Millerettes will face a tough field including Edmond Memorial, North and Santa Fe, Norman and Norman North, Moore, Westmoore and Southmoore, Edmond Deer Creek, Del City, Lawion, Midwest City, Mustang and Putnam City Original, North and West.
