The work to reconstruct a busy Yukon intersection was slated to take three months, but it wrapped up in just two months.

Health Center Parkway and WestEnd Pointe now have new left-turn lanes and signal lights at Garth Brooks Boulevard. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was Tuesday.

The cost of the project was $293,572. The contractor was Brewer Construction of Oklahoma.

The street opened after the ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday evening.
