Canadian County has its fourth case of COVID-19, the Oklahoma State Department of Health reported.

The total statewide has reached 106 cases including 41 cases in Oklahoma County and 22 cases in Cleveland County.

State of emergency proclamations have been signed in Yukon, Piedmont and Okarche. Yukon Schools will be out for the rest of the semester.

Integris Canadian Valley Hospital officials have requested more hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Yukon officials have also set new rules for spacing at bars, barber shops and hair and nail salons to allow a table, chair or station to be empty between customers.

The Yukon City Council is expected to postpone the April 7 franchise election and voters in Piedmont will not decide city council races until June 30.
