Canadian County Health Department will test until 2 p.m. Friday

About 100 vehicles lined up Friday as people wanting to be tested for COVID-19 pulled into lanes at Yukon Middle School, 801 Garth Brooks Blvd., parked and waited for a healthcare worker.

The Canadian County Health Department’s drive-thru testing location opened at 10 a.m. and will be open until 2 p.m.

On Friday, the Oklahoma State Department of Health reported there have been 2,465 cases in the state and 136 deaths.

There have been more than 60 cases reported in Canadian County and three deaths.
