She loved sharing stories of her elementary and high school events before graduating from Jefferson High School in 1940. She had plans to go to college, so she attended NW State College in Alva, OK. Later she completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree and ultimately earned her Master’s Degree. During WWII, she and her sister, Gloria worked in Washington, DC for the FBI. Upon her return from Washington she worked as a secretary. She finally decided to become a teacher and taught 1st grade for many years, which she dearly loved. She married Kermit Greear, sharing 25 years of marriage before his death in 1985. A very talented lady, she loved music, and arts and crafts.
