Betty Joyce Waggoner, 76, of Yukon, OK, was born Sept. 28, 1943 in Pawnee, OK, as home was Yukon from 1972 to the end of her life. Betty passed from this life on June 24, 2020 in Oklahoma City, OK. Betty moved to Oklahoma City as a child.
She married Harlan Waggoner in 1962 and started her family. They moved to Yukon, OK. in 1972. She was very passionate about spending time and supporting her family and their activites.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Iva Birdsell; 3 sisters, Ann Powell, Patty Turk, and Jeanie Hix, and daughter April Waggoner. Betty is survived by her husband, Harlan Waggoner, son David Waggoner and wife Shelley, grandson Collin Waggoner and his fiancé Kailee Sutherburg, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be Sunday, June 28, 2020, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. at Yanda & Son Funeral Home, Yukon, OK. Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 29, 2020 at Yukon Cemetery, Yukon, OK. Betty’s family suggests supporting the charity of your choice.
