Tryouts for the 2021 Yukon High School baseball season have been set for July 21-22 at the YHS baseball complex.
The tryouts will be from 6-8 p.m. and is set for those entering their freshmen season and through seniors (not already on team). Registration is 5:30 p.m.
Tryouts are open to players only. No one else will be allowed inside the baseball park, bleacher or indoor facility. Players will need to bring their own equipment, bat, helmet, glove and catching gear. Social distances rules will be followed.
Players also need to bring their own water bottle (names of players will need to be on the bottle of water).
The first day of the tryout will be focused on defense, which will be held outside. The second day of the tryout will focus on hitting and pitching and will be held at the indoor facility. Masks will be worn by players and coaches.
