Yukon police search for three women

Police are looking for three women who tried to rob another woman of her purse on Tuesday, Sept. 15, officers reported Thursday.

About 7:35 Tuesday, officers were called to an attempted robbery at a grocery store at 2400 S Cornwell Drive.

The suspects’ vehicle was identified as a white, four door Kia Forte and the driver left the scene before officers arrived.

The incident was believed to be a planned event since witnesses observed the vehicle circling the grocery store parking lot before this incident occurred.
