In loving memory of Patricia Ann “Pat” Deckard, loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Friday, November 13, 2020.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, John Deckard; mother, Doreba “Nanny Bo” Taylor; father, Clint Terry, and step-father, Alva Taylor.
Pat is survived by: Jeff and Dana Deckard and Doug and Becky Deckard, both of Yukon and Greg Deckard of Oklahoma City and grandchildren: Tyler and Meagan Deckard and Kelsie and Chad Meiwes, both of Yukon, Kierstin and Kail Cole of El Reno, Tanner Deckard and Brittany Davis of Yukon, Cade Deckard and Emalee Deckard of Yukon and Shayla Mise of Oklahoma City as well as 5 great grandchildren: James Deckard, Huck and Boone Meiwes, and Kash and Baby Cole.
Other survivors include: brother, Ron and Mary Terry of Ponca City, and family, John Terry of Texas, Matt Terry of Ponca City, and Nikki and Mark Dodgen of Texas; sister-in-law, Judy Ticer of Oklahoma City and family, Bryan and Rachel Ticer of Oklahoma City and Jennifer Nickell of Oklahoma City, as well as numerous other nieces and nephews.
She was a realtor for over 50 years, retiring in 2018. She will always be remembered for her honesty and her incredible knack for taking care of several generations of the same family. She treated all of her customers just like they were her kids, “no matter how old or how young.”
Pat loved her husband of 57 years and especially loved all the trips they took together collecting all sorts of things. She loved all 3 of her sons, Jeff, Greg and Doug and always said they were her “Pride and Joy”!
The family would like to thank Frontier Hospice and their incredible staff for the wonderful care they provided over the last week. Also a special thank you to Dr. Aaron Wilbanks and his staff for the special care given to Pat, and to Keith Henson and members of Yukon Church for their spiritual guidance and prayers during this most difficult journey.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Yukon Church, 11715 N.W. 10th St., Yukon, with interment following at the Yukon Cemetery.
