Nominations for Yukon Chamber of Commerce board seats may be submitted through Friday, Sept. 3.
The Yukon Chamber’s Board of Directors’ nomination committee met recently and select this slate of nominees for the 2022-24 term:
- Homer Cobb, Yanda & Son Funeral Home
- Mike Gray, Vacca Territory Creamery and Coffee House
- Trent Scrivner, Wesco Insurance Agency
- Ken Wilkins, Archery Traditions of Oklahoma
Yukon Chamber members also may send nominations by the Sept. 3rd deadline to email@example.com
Names of all nominees will be placed on a September ballot to be voted on by members.

JOB FAIR SET SEPT. 1
Meanwhile, an inaugural Yukon Community Job Fair will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1 at 10 West Main Events – Suite 135.
The job fair is being offered to Yukon businesses looking to fill vacancies and for those area residents hoping to find work.
Many people across Oklahoma are having to secure gainful employment after their extended unemployment benefits run out.
