The annual Yukon Mayor’s Breakfast will feature the man selected by Sen. Jim Inhofe to succeed him.
Luke Holland is the 2022 guest speaker during the April 29 breakfast, hosted by Mayor Shelli Selby.
Holland served as Inhofe’s chief of staff, resigning shortly before the longtime senator made the announcement he would retire as of the end of the year. Inhofe subsequently endorsed Holland as his choice to succeed him.
A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Holland worked for Inhofe for almost 13 years, the last five of those as chief of staff.
The breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, April 29, and will be held at the Dale Robertson Center, located at 1200 Lakeshore Drive.
Tickets for the Mayor’s Breakfast are $13 per person in advance and $15 per person at the door. Advance tickets are on sale now, available at Yukon City Hall, 500 W. Main Street.
