If you’re a graduate of the Yukon High School Class of 1983, your 40-year reunion is being held alongside Czech Fest, the first weekend in October.

Classmates will meet at 7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 6, in the parking lot of 10 W. Main (home of Earl’s and the Lokal) to tailgate and relive the days of dragging Main. Bring your vintage and sports cars.

The Czech parade begins at 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 7, at the corner of Garth Brooks Blvd and Main St. and ends near 3rd and Main streets. The reunion committee is looking at options for those who want to meet during the morning festivities.

At 2 p.m., a private tour for the ’83 alumni will be held at Yukon High School, 1777 S. Yukon Pkwy. For those who were in vocal and are interested, there will be a short practice after the tour in preparation for a performance that evening.

Dinner and festivities at the Dale Robertson Center, 1200 Lakeshore Drive, will conclude the reunion weekend at 6:30 p.m. Tickets will go on sale soon.

Watch the Class of ’83 Facebook page and your email for more details.
