A 339-unit apartment community now under construction just east of Yukon off Route 66 is due to open in a few months.
Ridge at 66 Apartment Homes, at 4300 Caravel Drive, will be Case & Associates’ newest property in the Yukon area. The new development has a Yukon address but is in Oklahoma City limits.
Opening “may be as early as November,” said Joshua R., an assistant property manager for Case & Associates’ property in Norman.
The initially projected opening was next January.
Ridge at 66 will have a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Current rental rates start at $1,129 for a one-bed, $1,329 for a two-bed and $1,689 for a three-bed. Leases from six to 12 months are offered.
The new Yukon-area apartments and townhomes will have custom cabinetry, high ceilings and energy-efficient, stainless-steel appliances. Options include fireplaces, private outdoor spaces and both attached and detached garages.
Featured amenities will be a resort-style pool with tanning ledges and cabanas, a 24-hour fitness center, on-site dog parks, clubhouse with access to billiards and shuffleboard tables, and an office with computers and printer.
There will be a gated electronic entrance.
WEST OF TURNPIKE
The Ridge at 66 apartment development is being built in Stonebridge West, on the south side of State Highway 66 close to Lake Overholser and Route 66 Park.
The site is west of the Kilpatrick Turnpike.
“Everything else you could need is also just a few miles from your new home,” according to Case & Associates’ webpage. “The world is your oyster when you’re living at Ridge at 66.”
The company also operates the Park at Westpointe property, 301 Point Parkway Blvd. This apartment community also has a Yukon address but is in Oklahoma City limits, south of Interstate 40.
