Yukon’s Robert “Bob” Reynolds has been named the 2013 recipient of an honor quilt by the Fort Reno Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) chapter.
Reynolds was honored near the end of the Yukon Veterans Museum’s 10th anniversary gala Thursday night at the Dale Robertson Center, 1200 Lakeshore.
The presentation was made by Leslie Dietrich, vice regent of Fort Reno’s DAR chapter.
An Oklahoma National Guard veteran, Reynolds is the adjutant of American Legion Post 160 and a master trainer with the Transportation Security Administration.
About 200 people attended the Oct. 20th Yukon Veterans Museum gala, which featured a POW/MIA remembrance ceremony, silent auction, 50/50 raffle, and keynote address by Lt. Col. Jonathan P. McDonald.
