Total Healthcare (TH) Partners is finishing construction on a two-story building set to open May 18 as part of Route 66 Landing, northeast corner of State Highway 66 and the John Kilpatrick Turnpike.

“They’ll have general doctors, physical therapy, an urgent care, pharmacy, an eye doctor, and a med spa,” said Chad Arnold, director of real estate for McGee Commercial Real Estate. “It’s a huge structure and they’ll see a ton of people.”

TH Partners is opening its new medical clinic at SH-66 and the Kilpatrick Turnpike, moving from Gilbert Medical Center in Bethany.

Route 66 Landing is just east of the turnpike’s northbound entrance. The upscale development, which encompasses about 90 acres, will feature office, retail and medical uses.

A 15,000 square foot retail center has been built on the “hard corner” with a 3,200 square foot Lotus Nails’ salon as the first committed tenant and restaurants interested in other lease spaces.

“We think there’s going to be six or seven tenants,” Arnold said.
A new Custom Dental office will open this summer just north of the retail center and west of TH Partners.

Cornerstone Bank has purchased land near the SH-66 entrance and is expected to start construction next month.

Braum’s also has bought land fronting SH-66 just east of the retail center to build a new restaurant.

Keller Williams Real Estate is moving its Yukon office and a multi-tenant office is planned as part of the development.

PRIME LAND BOUGHT
IN 2002

Route 66 Landing is being developed on land purchased in 2002 by Ken McGee, owner of McGee Commercial Real Estate.

McGee Commercial Real Estate opened a 6,000 square foot office in April 2019 and First American Title opened a 4,818 square foot office in June 2019.

This part of east Yukon, which is in Oklahoma City limits, has seen significant commercial and residential growth in recent years.

Daily vehicle counts are about 40,000 on the Kilpatrick Turnpike and 20,000 on SH-66 (NW 39th), according to the Route 66 Landing site plan.

“Located in convenient proximity to Bethany, northwest Oklahoma City, Piedmont and Yukon, Route 66 Landing is poised to offer some of the most desired commercial leases available for decades to come,” according to a description on McGee Real Estate’s website.

“This property is accessible to multiple new and existing housing developments and also features premium highway visibility.”
